The top and bottom brackets produced by our foundry are made of ductile cast iron. These ductile iron brackets have the advantages of high hardness, good toughness and corrosion resistance.

The cast iron top bracket and bottom bracket share one same set of mould, and just have the different machining positions. The round holes on both sides of the cast iron brackets shall be machined by CNC machine. After machining, these brackets will be coated by black powder coating.
